Rejoice with those who rejoice, weep with those who weep. (Romans 12:15)
Prayer is a cornerstone of our faith and our community. We pray when we are blessed, when we are in need, or when we simply want to communicate with God. We pray alone and we pray as a community. Whatever the form, we know God hears all our prayers whether they are spoken or silent — whether our prayers finds words or we simply trust the Spirit to “intercede with sighs too deep for words” (Romans 8:26).
MCC Portland is a praying church! We have a Prayer Team devoted to holding the joys and concerns of our community and beyond in regular prayer. If you have a joy or concern on your heart and would appreciate a community praying with you or for you, please share your prayer using the form below. Please indicate whether your prayer may be publicly shared with our community or if it is to be held privately in confidence by our Prayer Team only.
NOTE: In order to share with others, your written prayer may be edited for length or content to preserve the privacy of sensitive information. Do not include highly sensitive information or names you do not want others to know.
